The ingredients needed to cook Egg Benedict:
  1. You need For Poached Egg
  2. Take 1 Egg
  3. Provide 2 tbsp Vinegar
  4. Prepare as needed Water
  5. Get For Hollandaise Sauce
  6. Use 100 gm Unsalted Butter
  7. Take 2 Egg Yolks
  8. Get 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
  9. Use 1 tsp Mustard

Instructions to make Egg Benedict:
  1. Melt butter in a saucepan and keep aside.
  2. Add egg yolks in a bowl and place over a double boiler.
  3. Add 1 tablespoon of lemon juice and 1 teaspoon of mustard. Whisk together well.
