The ingredients needed to cook Egg Benedict:
- You need For Poached Egg
- Take 1 Egg
- Provide 2 tbsp Vinegar
- Prepare as needed Water
- Get For Hollandaise Sauce
- Use 100 gm Unsalted Butter
- Take 2 Egg Yolks
- Get 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
- Use 1 tsp Mustard

Instructions to make Egg Benedict:
- Melt butter in a saucepan and keep aside.
- Add egg yolks in a bowl and place over a double boiler.
