The ingredients needed to prepare Lovely Sunday Roast Lamb:
- Use 1 Shoulder or leg of lamb
- Get 1 tbsp fresh Rosemary Sprigs
- Take to taste Salt & pepper
- Take 1 squeeze lemon

- Take The lamb stock when you remove the lamb after it's cooked
- Provide 1 chicken stock cube
- Provide 1 cup boiling water
- Provide 2 tsp heaped corn flour / starch

- Use the juices off the lamb and add a chicken stock in a cup of hot water along with two heaped teaspoon cornflour / starch to thicken. Put back in the oven or tip it into a saucepan and bring to the boil and stir as it thickens. There is your gravy. Serve with mint sauce.
