  1. You need 2 Kg Leg of mutton or Shoulder of Lamb
  2. Use 1 big onion
  3. Use Lots of garlic
  4. You need Half a jar of pesto

  1. First pre heat the slow cooker. Then cut the mutton into 4 or 5 big chunks and brown in a thick pan. Make sure there is bit of fat on the meat. Without some fat it wont be nice.
