- Take 2 Whole wheat kurumabu (or regular kurumabu) [cylindrical or ringed fu]
- You need 3 medium Eggplants
- Prepare 3 medium Green peppers, thick
- You need 3 tbsp Miso
- You need 1 and 1/2 tablespoon Beet sugar (or cane sugar, or sugar of your choice)
- You need 100 ml Water
- Prepare 1 tsp Soy sauce
