The ingredients needed to prepare Easy Guacamole:
  1. Get 2 large ripe avocados
  2. Provide 1 tomato (or 3 cherry tomatoes)
  3. You need Handful fresh coriander (leaves and stalks)
  4. Take Juice of a lime (or lemon at a push)
  5. Take Salt and pepper
Instructions to make Easy Guacamole:
  1. Remove the seeds from the tomato and use a large knife to pulverise it
  2. Halve the avocados, remove the seeds, scoop out the flesh and chop into chunks
  3. Using a fork, mash the avocados to your preferred consistency (I like to leave mine quite chunky)
  4. Wash and roughly chop the coriander
  5. Combine avocado, tomato and coriander together, and season with lime juice, salt and pepper to taste
