- Take 1 can (385 g) Condensed milk
- Get 100 g castor sugar
- Use 300 g brown sugar
- Get 5 ml vanilla essence
- Prepare 5 ml vinegar

Steps to make Easy vanilla fudge:
- Add the first three ingredients (condensed milk, castor sugar and brown sugar) into a big microwaveable bowl. Do not mix or stir.
- Pro tip I learned from my grandmother** spray the top part of the bowl with some non-stick spray to prevent the mixture from boiling over.
- On high (100%) microwave for 2 minutes
- Using a wooden spoon, stir until all the ingredients are well mixed and combined.
- Spray a dish with non-stick spray to pour the fudge into at the end.
- Be careful - the fudge as well as the bowl will become extremely hot as you continue.
