The ingredients needed to cook Turkey Roast:
- Get 5 kg turkey thawed
- Get 250 g butter room temperature
- You need 1/2 bunch parsley chopped
- Use 2 cloves garlic minced
- Use 1/2 lemon zest
- Use Mirepoix
Steps to make Turkey Roast:
- Dry off the turkey with kitchen towels
- Mix the butter, parsley, garlic, lemon zest and season with salt and pepper
