- You need 1 Turkey
- You need Salt
- You need 1 lemon
- You need butter

- The night before cooking prepare then salt the turkey.
- Heat the oven to 180 c.
- Place turkey whole on a tray. Spread the butter over the turkey inside and out. Then squeeze half of the lemon juice onto the turkey and slice the other half and place both inside and on the outside turkey. Add a splash of white wine.
