The ingredients needed to make Refried beans:
- Take 1 tbsp Oil+Butter
- Get 1 tsp Garlic, finely chopped
- Take 1 medium sized Onion, finely chopped
- Use 1 medium sized tomato, blanched and puréed
- Prepare 1/2 cup Rajma, soaked overnight and boiled
- You need 1/2 tsp Salt
- You need 1 tsp Kashmiri red chilli powder

Steps to make Refried beans:
- Heat olive oil and butter in the pan. Add garlic and finely chopped onion to it. Sauté it for 1-2 minutes or until the raw smell is gone.
- Add tomato purée/coarsely chopped tomatoes, rajma, salt, sugar, kashmiri red chilli powder, coriander-cumin powder and ketch up. Mix it well and cook on a low flame for about 10 minutes or until you get desired thickness.
- Take it off the flame and add lemon juice and coriander.
- Once cools down completely, store it in an airtight container. It remains fresh for 7-10 days when stored in refrigerator and a month when stored in freezer.
