- Take 1 meaty Ham bone
- Prepare 1 lb bag dry split Peas
- Prepare 6 cups Water
- Take 1 large Onion, chopped
- Get 4 stick Celery, sliced

- Slice meat from ham bone, remove visible fat. Add bone and meat to crockpot.
