  12. Take 2 eggs well beated
  13. Prepare 2 tbsp Ginger garlic green chilli paste

  1. First, Wash the entire boneless chicken very well. Then, take a pan pour 2 glasses of water and add cleaned chicken. Now add 1 tbsp. Of ginger garlic green chilli paste, salt and black pepper to Taste. Let the chicken boiled on medium to high flame for 10 min.
  2. Meanwhile take a bowl and mashed boiled potato.

  5. Knead everything well and make it like a dough.
  6. Take 1 portion of mixture from the bowl give it a nice patty or tikki shape.
  7. Now take a sevaiyya and beated eggs in each plate
  8. Dip the form patty in egg mixture and then sevaiya mixture
  9. Heat oil in pan to Shallow fry the patties. Once the oil is little hot put the patty in oil and Shallow fry it on medium flat it it gets golden.
  10. Serve the delicious Russian patties/Kabab with a green chutney or mayo.
