The ingredients needed to make Russian Salad:
- You need 1 cup hung curd
- Get 1/2 cup grated cabbage
- You need 1/2 cup grated cucumber
- You need 1/2 cup Finely chopped pineapple
- Get 1/2 cup finely chopped green grapes
- Get 1/4 cup pomegranate pearls
- Take 2 tsp sugar powder
- You need 1 tsp black pepper powder

Instructions to make Russian Salad:
- Grate cabbage and soak in ice cold water for 10 mins,after 10 mins strain and pat dry on kitchen towel. Grate cucumber and press between hands and remove water. Chopped finely pineapple and green grapes. Keep ready all ingredients mentioned.
