  1. Boil and shred the chicken.Finely chop the cabbage and capsicum and grate the carrot.Boil potato and mash nicely.
  2. Take a pan heat 1 tsp oil add ginger garlic paste and saute 1 minute then add all the veggies salt + black pepper powder and cook for 3 to 4 minutes and switch off the flame let it cool.
  3. Add potato and mix it then add shredded chicken and mix nicely.
  4. Take mixture in hands and make kababs of it.Dip kabab in egg then coat with vermicelli and keep in refrigerator for 30 minutes.
  5. Heat oil in deep bottomed kadhai and fry kababs till golden and crispy.
