- You need 500 g phyllo dough sheets, 24 sheets
- Prepare 3/4 cup melted butter
- Use 3 cups walnuts, finely ground
- Get Sugar syrup:
- Prepare 2 1/2 cups sugar
- Get 1 1/2 cups water
- Prepare 1 teaspoon orange blossom water
- Provide 1 teaspoon rose water
- Take 1 teaspoon lemon juice
Steps to make Baklawa sweets:
- To prepare the sugar syrup: put the sugar and water in a small saucepan and place over medium heat. Stir until the sugar dissolves.
