- Get 4 Tbsp soy sauce
- You need 2 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- Get 1 1/2 Tbsp mirin
- Prepare 1 Tbsp sugar
- Use 1 1/2 Tbsp rice vinegar
- Take 1/2 lemon
- Take 2 tsp toasted white sesame seeds

- Prepare 2 handful peppery green (am using rocket, watercress and spinach salad bag)
- Prepare 2 red radishes
- Prepare 1/2 cucumber
- Take 1/2 avocado
- Provide 6 cherry tomatoes

- Pat dry the steak with paper towel. Sprinkle both sides generously with sea salt and black pepper
- Heat the olive oil in a pan on high heat. I cook for 8 minutes for medium as instruction in the steak packages.
