- Take 1 cup wheat flour
- Take 1 tbsp corn flour
- Prepare 1 cup Vegetables

- Mix 1 cup wheat flour with salt and 1 tablespoon oil.
- Mix it with water and knead it like chapati.
- Flaten the flour very thin and fold it and slice it like noodles.
- Add oil in a pan and add coriander and finely chopped garlic, ginger, chilli and coriander saute for a minute and add finely sliced chicken breast.
- Once the chicken has sauted very well add 1 egg and scramble it with the chicken.
- Add finely chopped vegetables with egg and chicken and saute for 2 minutes.
- Add salt, turmeric powder, chili powder, chicken masala, and pepper powder at this stage as per your requirement.
- Add 2 cups of boiling water and let the vegetables cook. Add 1 table spoon soy sauce and half teaspoon vinegar at this stage. Check for salt.
- Add the homemade noodles you made and let it cook for 5 minutes. Note if the water gets reduced add some more water.
- Add cornflour with a half cup of water and stir well and add into the noodle stir for half min and turn off the fire.
