  1. Provide 3 zucchini
  2. Provide 3 tsp Virgin olive oil
  3. Get Filling
  4. Provide 1 cup Ricotta Cheese

  6. You need 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
  7. Use 2 tbsp Marinara sauce

  2. Scoop out middle of zucchini to make it "boat like". Save some of the zucchini insides.
