- Provide 3 zucchini
- Provide 3 tsp Virgin olive oil
- Get Filling
- Provide 1 cup Ricotta Cheese
- You need 1/4 cup Mozzarella cheese

- Use 2 tbsp Marinara sauce

- Preheat oven to 350
- Scoop out middle of zucchini to make it "boat like". Save some of the zucchini insides.
- Baste inside of zucchini with olive oil.
