  1. Take 2 c Vegetable Stock (Homemade)
  2. Use 1/2 c White Grits
  3. Use 2 c Shrimp
  4. Provide 2 Tbsp Butter
  5. Take 1/2 c Heavy Cream
  6. Use 1/2 c Havarti Cheese
  7. Prepare Salt

Instructions to make Shrimp and Grits:
  1. Bring Veg stock to boil; introduce your grits and stir rapidly. I use Lakeside Stone Ground White
  2. Cover and reduce to med low / low for 10-12 mins stir occasionally
  3. Pat shrimp dry. Salt and pepper them. Saute Shrimp on high heat. I use grapeseed oil. Add some butter after you flip them.
  4. Cube havarti cheese and toss into grits. Add heavy cream and butter.
  5. Pour grits and add shrimp. This was a quick but full of flavor and richness was insane.
