- Prepare 200 whole grain Pigeon Peas
- Get 1 finely chopped medium sized onion
- You need 1 small crushed ginger
- Use 2 cloves crushed garlic
- Get 40 g coconut grits

- Soak the Pigeon Peas in cold water overnight
