- Take one bowl add all chopped vegetables
- Than add red chili powder, garam masala, salt, corn flour, gram flour and ginger paste. Mix all ingredients
- Mix and make dough. Keep oil in a fry pan to fry Manchurian balls. After frying drain oil and keep aside in sieve.
- Now drain oil in a same fry pan. Then add two tablespoon oil. Add garlic paste in it. When it turns pinkish golden then add chopped vegetables. Add salt and stir till vegetables cooked well.
- Now add soya sauce, red chilli sauce, tablespoon of ketchup, red chilli powder and pinch of salt. Mix well. Can take one small bowl add corn flour and water mix it then add to the gravy.
- Now add Manchurian balls in gravy. Mix well.Keep it on low flame for 5 minutes.
