Instructions to make Veg manchurian:
- Firstly in mixing bowl take all chopped vegetables add all-purpose flour, corn flour,salt,soya sauce,red and green chili sauce,ajinomoto,red chilli powder and mix it and make stuffing like a dough in between gradually add water if required
- Make a small round manchurian ball and fry it
- Now heat a pan add ginger garlic paste,green chili paste saute it for a minute now add chopped veggie and saute for few minutes now add soya sauce,green and red chilli sauce, vinegar, ajinomoto, spring onions and saute it for twice a minute
