  2. Use 1 quarter pound ground pork
  3. Take 1 quarter pound devein deshell shrimp, diced
  4. Prepare 2 scallions

  6. Take 1 tbsp Shaoxing cooking wine
  7. Provide 1 tbsp minced ginger

  9. Use 1 packages wonton wrapper
  10. Use 1 each egg, beaten set aside to seal wontons
