  2. Get 1 chopped tomato

  3. Pre heat appam maker and pour some oil in each mold then fill all mold with idli batter now cover appam maker with a lid and cook the appam for 2 minutes on low flam.When the appam turn golden brown in colour flim the side and let them cook until brown and crispy.
