  1. You need 2 tbsp oil
  2. You need 2 cup green beans
  3. Take 1/2 cup peas
  4. Use 1/2 cup green onion
  5. Prepare 3 tomatoes
  6. Use 5 potatoes
  7. Prepare 1 cup broccoli
  8. Take 8 pods garlic
  9. Prepare 2 carrots
  10. Use 1 tsp cumin seeds
  11. Prepare 1 tsp cumin powder
  12. You need 2 tbsp coriander powder
  13. Get 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  14. Prepare 1 tsp red chili powder

Steps to make Mix Veg:
  1. Chop vegetables in equal size (approximately).
  2. Heat oil in a pan. add cumin seeds and let them splutter.
  3. Put chopped garlic and tomatoes to the pan and saute till light brown. Add chopped onion and saute till translucent.
  4. Add chopped vegetables into the pan. Add 1/2 tsp salt and cover with a lid. Don't add water to it. Veggies will get cooked in steam only. Stir occasionally.
  5. Add coriander powder, cumin powder, red chilli powder, turmeric powder and give it a quick stir.
  6. Cover with lid and again cook for 2 minutes on low flame. Check with a spoon if the potatoes are cooked or not. Cook till vegetables are just cooked and with a crunch.
  7. Increase the flame and cook them for another 1 minute with continuously stirring. Add chopped coriander leaves and serve hot.
