- Heat the pan pour Little oil now add,tadka like jeera, mustard seed, chopped chilli, and ginger saute for 30 sec.
- Now add chopped onion saute it for 2 mins, now add carrot and capcicum in to it, saute well, now add all dry masala in to it saute for 2 min,our masala is ready, now add green peas and potatoes into it mix it all together.
