- Provide Chicken
- Provide 1 cup oil
- Get 2 packs of chicken

- Take 3 cup water
- Take 1/4 salt
- Use 1/4 tsp black pepper

- Get 4 tomatoes, diced
- Take 2 each ears of corn
Instructions to make Veg curry and chicken:
- peel potatoes, chop into small pieces
- using a small pot, add potatoes and enough water to cover the potatoes
- cook on medium heat on stove top, bring to boil
- lower heat, boil potatoes until soft
- drain water from potatoes
- CORN, on the cob, remove corn from cob using a small knife, cutting away from you
- or u can use a can of corn, your choice
- in a large pot,combine all ingredients
- cook on high for about 30 minutes
- if it's too thick you can add more water
- if it's too watery, an old trick I learned add instant potatoes, a little at a time, to thicken
- if you do add instant potatoes, use 1 tablespoon at a time
- CHICKEN
- season the chicken on both sides
- I leave the skin on in order to keep the chicken moist, again, your preference
- add oil to large frying pan on medium heat
- dash salt,pepper,and chilli powder over chicken
- cook 15 minutes on one side, then turn chicken over, cook another 15 minutes continue the process until done
- to see if the chicken is cooked,poke with a fork if juices run clear, it's done
- if not, continue cooking
