  2. Prepare beans
  3. Provide Tomatoes/pepper paste
  4. Take kg chicken
  5. You need veg oil

  1. Pick beans and put on fire, cook for 10 minutes and add your rice and parboil for 10mins, remove from heat and Wash off starch until water is clear. Drain using a kitchen basket and put water on to, set to boil and add your parboiled rice and beans, add salt, make sure the water is enough to cover the food, then cook on high heat, reduce heat when it reaches boiling point. And allow water to dry.
