  1. Use 1-2 lbs ground chicken
  2. Provide 2 large 28oz cans of tomato purée or crushed tomatoes
  3. Take 1 can stewed tomatoes
  4. Provide 1 green bell pepper, chopped
  5. You need 1/2 cup sugar
  6. You need 3-4 teaspoons chopped garlic
  7. Use 1 large white or yellow onion

  2. Add stewed tomatoes only. Separate tomatoes in the pot using large spoon (break the tomatoes into smaller pieces). Cook maximum 2 minutes on medium heat.
  3. Add tomato purée, kidney beans, garlic, sugar, ground cumin, and chilli powder (add more or less to your specific taste). Salt and pepper again to taste.
  4. Add 3/4 of one can (lg 28 oz) of water. Simmer on low 40 minutes. Serve with crackers.
