- Use 250 gms boneless chicken
- You need 1 large size boiled potato

- Clean and cut the chicken into small pieces or else use minced chicken, marinate for 10 min with salt,1 tsp turmeric powder 1 tsp red chilli powder and 1 tablespoon ginger garlic paste
- In a pan add oil and saute onion till translucent add 1 table spoon of chopped coriander and one finely chopped tomato and cook until soft and mushy, to it add marinated chicken,chicken will start leaving water,cook until chicken is cooked properly and till it's dry completely
- Once the chicken is cooled completely add 1 boiled mashed potato, 1 tsp cumin powder, 2 tsp garam masala powder, 1 tsp pepper powder,1 tsp red chilli powder, salt as needed and mix it well
- Shape it into cutlets and keep it in fridge 10-15 mins, heat oil for deep frying, gently give cutlet egg wash roll it into bread crumbs well both the side and deep fry on medium heat till golden brown in colour
- Serve this delicious cutlets with tomato ketchup and Mayo
