- First take chicken in a pan pour water add salt chilli powder,turmeric, pepper powder, ginger garlic paste. And boil till the chicken is tender.
- Once chicken is boiled and cold. Coarsely grind it.and in another pan boil the potatoes. Once boiled and cold. Smash them with ur hand itself.and then add chicken mixture to the potatoes and mix well.add green chille,coriander,pudina,check salt and spices before frying.
- Now as the mixture is ready.keep a non stick pan.pour oil once oil is hot.make small balls of the mixture and press that on the palm and make it flat and diamond shape. And then shallow fry it on medium flame. Fry on both the sides till golden brown. Now the chicken cutlets ready to serve…
