  1. Take Egusi, Turkey, Stockfish, Kpomo, Dry fish, Periwinkle
  2. Use Cubes Red oil, Bitterleaf, Ginger, Garlic, Onions, Salt,
  3. Prepare Cassava flakes, Crayfish, Fresh tomatoes and pepper
Steps to make Turkey Meat Egusi Soup with Eba:
  1. Wash and put the Turkey meat in a clean pot. Blend the fresh pepper, tomatoes, ginger and garlic. Pour half of it into the meat, add salt, cubes, sliced onions and mix together. Set on fire. Wash and add the stock fish.Wash and slice the Kpomo to bits. Keep aside
