- Prepare 10 grams Unsalted butter
- Get 50 grams Granulated sugar
- Get 40 grams Walnuts

- Provide 350 grams Boiled and mashed sweet potato
- Provide 30 grams Unsalted butter
- Provide 50 grams Sugar
- Prepare 100 ml Heavy cream

- Peel and boil (or microwave) the sweet potatoes. Pass through a strainer and measure out 350g.
- Dry roast the walnuts in 160℃ oven for 10 minutes.
