- Prepare 1 Liter Cow's Milk
- Get 1 tsp White Vinegar
- You need Cubes Ice 1 big bowl
Steps to make Homemade Mozzarella Cheese:
- Take milk in a heavy bottom pan and just make it Lukewarm. - Add vinegar at this point in milk and Stir it continuously.
- Separate the curdled milk in a muslin cloth and Squeeze it gently.
- Again dip it in warm liquid whey (separated from curdled milk)for 5 seconds and take it out. Repeat this process for 3 times.
- Take the squeezed cheese and put in ice cold water for 5 seconds..Take it out and squeeze it gently. Repeat this process 3 times.
- Wrap these squeezed milk in cling wrap. Fold it in candy/ toffee style. Make a knot in the middle. and Freeze it.
