- Provide 1 1/2 cup all purpose flour

Steps to make Homemade pizza:
- Put the yeast in a small bowl, followed by 1 tbsp of sugar then add 1/2 cup of lukewarm water. Cover the bowl and set it aside in a warm place for the yeast to activate. This is what the mixture should look like after 10 minutes
- In another big bowl put the flour and add the salt. Add the other remaining 1 tbsp of sugar and mix the dry ingredients well
- Add the butter to the dry ingredients and mix with your fingers till you great bread crumbs like mixture
- Now add the active yeast to your flour mixture followed by the milk.
- Mix well and start kneading your dough. At this point, my dough was still light so i added 1/2 cup plain flour to make it firm and less messy.

- Put the dough in a warm place and let it rise to double the size. Took like an hour. As you wait, you can prepare the pizza sauce plus the toppings
- After an hour, get your dough and punch it to remove the air. Divide it into to or more balls depending on the size of pizzas you want.
- Roll out your dough to a thickness that is slightly bigger than that of standard chapati.
- Spread your sauce on the dough then add your cheese toppings followed by the other toppings.
- In a preheated oven at a temperature of 180 degrees put in you prepared pizza and cook for 30minutes
